I went to Dr. Ghersi for a rhinoplasty, and I could not have been happier with the results, or the experience. He understood exactly what I wanted and was able to provide it for me. He was also excellent in being attentive to my needs post-op and made sure the recovery process went as smoothly as possible. Highly recommend!

I was extremely nervous about even going in for my consultation and was never serious about a rhinoplasty up until my nose broke. I found out about Dr.Ghersi from my boss and I knew after my consult with him that he was going to be my doctor! I am not one for questions or descriptions because I’ll get scared and won’t go through with it, so really I told him my dislikes of my nose and he created my perfect natural nose on the simulation. My no.1 priority was not changing the appearance of my face and he did an absolutely amazing job at achieving that result. I’m so happy I was able to get my surgery done with Dr.Ghersi, he truly is the best.

I did my first rhinoplasty as a teen. As I grew my nose started to loop to the side. For years I wanted to get it fixed but I was scared because revisions can be so complicated. I even had other surgeons tell me to fix my nose it would be take 10+ hours in the surgery, probably would need rib cartilage and that the result would not be that good.

After finding out about Dr.Ghersi and how he is an expert in revision I began to follow him. I studied his work for a few months and decided to book an appointment with him. In the appointment I asked him if he could fix my nose. His response was full of confidence and told me it would take max 3 hours.

The day of the surgery came and everything went smoothly. There’s was no need for any rib cartilage and my results came out beautiful.

I’ve thought about getting a breast augmentation for years but never really thought I would. A friend of mine got hers done and I thought they looked great and it motivated me to go to her doctor, Dr. Altman. I looked up his work and all the girls online looked so natural. When I went to my consultation I was so scared but everyone made me feel very comfortable. It’s only been a 4 weeks since my surgery and I feel great. Everyone at the Plastic Surgery Institute of Miami is so nice and welcoming. They make you feel so comfortable there and everyone knows your name. Dr. Altman helped me find the perfect size breasts for me and made me feel safe and confident about surgery. My experience was great and I couldn’t imagine going through this procedure anywhere else or with any other doctor. I would suggest anyone looking to do any kind of procedure to go with Dr. Altman. I can promise you that he’s the best!
