Conveniently located to serve the areas of Miami, FL
Hello! My name is Marcella Valdes and I’m an aesthetic medicine physician associate. I specialize in neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin), dermal fillers (Restylane, Juvederm, Belotero, Versa, Radiesse & more), PDO threads, platelet rich plasma (PRP) treatments and Morpheus8. My passion for aesthetics began when I realized that in a world dominated by photoshop and filters I wanted to enhance a person’s natural beauty and help them feel more confident in their own skin. Everyone is beautiful in their own way and here at Plastic Surgery Institute of Miami my goal is to ensure each patient receives personalized care that leaves them feeling like the best version of themselves.

Dermal Fillers
Dermal Fillers turn back time by volumizing, hydrating and defining features in the face to create facial harmony. Most dermal fillers are hyaluronic acid-based, which is a naturally occurring substance the body creates. In Plastic Surgery Institute of Miami, we have partnered with the best rated world-renowned companies and brands who distribute and create dermal fillers to give each individual patient the best options for them. We believe on focusing on individual needs to achieve the best aesthetic outcome. Dermal fillers could be used to volumize or hydrate lips, sharpen jaw lines, fill in lines around the mouth, refresh under eye hollowness, define the chin & more. Results could be seen immediately and on average could last between 9-12 months.
Morpheus8
Morpheus8 by InMode is the gamechanger within the aesthetic industry. Using a combination of micro-needling and radiofrequency technology Morpheus8 is clinically proven to stimulate collagen production for skin resurfacing and fat remodeling. In combination with platelet rich plasma (PRP) aesthetic outcomes could be dramatically enhanced. Treatment with Morpheus8 targets submental fat, loss of elasticity in abdomen or buttocks, improves skin texture, improves the appearance of stretch marks, diminishes fine lines and wrinkles & more. At Plastic Surgery institute of Miami our providers have been personally trained by InMode to advise and create the best treatment plan for each patient. This is a minimally invasive procedure which could be used anywhere in the face and body with no downtime. Most results are gradually seen within 4-6 weeks after treatment.
Neuromodulators
Neuromodulators are used to prevent fine lines and wrinkles from forming by blocking a chemical release that causes your muscles to contract. The most common types of neuromodulator brands are Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin® and Jeuveau®. Neuromodulators are not only cosmetically appealing; they could also provide therapeutic relief in certain areas of pain. Common areas that could be treated with neuromodulators are forehead lines, lines between the eyebrows, lines around the eyes, gummy smile, downturn of smile, chin dimpling, TMJ pain & more. Typical onset of treatment is 3-4 days; however, it could take between 2-3 weeks to see final results. On average treatment results last 3-4 months. Slow time down with Plastic Surgery Institute of Miami and call (305) 446-7700 for a free consultation to discuss your best options.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)
Platelet rich plasma (PRP) is a world phenomenon widely referred to as liquid gold due to its naturally healing and collagen building properties. PRP is used to improve skin texture via the famous vampire facial, replenish youthful under eyes by getting rid of dark circles, restores hair loss and thinning, aid in wound healing, prevent fine lines and wrinkles & more. PRP is created with one main component, your own blood which makes it safe and natural. At Plastic Surgery Institute of Miami, we have collaborated with Regenlab to deliver the richest and top quality PRP to our patients. Most results are gradually seen within 4-6 weeks after treatment.
PDO Thread Lift
PDO threads are dissolvable sutures placed into the skin to lift flaccid skin and create a rejuvenated look. As we age our natural collagen production begins to deplete, which leads to loss of elasticity in the skin and poor skin texture. PDO threads trigger cells in the body to release fibroblasts to produce more collagen. PDO threads could be characterized into lifting threads, smooth threads and twist threads, that serve a different purpose depending on patient aesthetic desires. At Plastic Surgery Institute of Miami, we have developed techniques to combine all three types of PDO threads with dermal fillers and neuromodulators to turn back the hands of time and restore a youthful and vibrant look. This is a minimally invasive procedure with no downtime. In certain cases, results could be seen immediately with gradual improvement over 4-6 weeks with results lasting up to 18 months.
